The material is stretch, so I'd say that 90cm is the max (though it can stretch further, I just don't think that it'll be as flattering).

I'm the second owner and I don't know when it was released. It has been well loved by the first owner, and it's still beautiful. But it's just not my style. It's yellow with little flowers and mushrooms dotten around, with an off-white lace trim on the sleeves and the neck. Currently I can only take photos of the cutsew with the webcam from my laptop.
